Weekday Mass Update

Weekday Masses are now cancelled until at least the end of September. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused to those who have scheduled Masses during the week. Once we have a clearer picture of when weekday Masses will resume, we will reschedule those Masses that we have had to postpone.

For those who normally attend our weekday Masses, we would like to remind you that St. Pius X also offers a weekday Mass at 9am each day except Wednesday (although they do sometimes cancel them because of funerals), and the Cathedral has Mass each day at noon.

Daily Masses Cancelled

Fr. Doucet will be unavailable to celebrate Masses at Holy Trinity for the immediate future due to a broken foot.

Until further notice:

  • All weekday Masses are cancelled.
  • Weekend Masses will be celebrated by replacement priests.

There will be no daily Mass on Mondays for the next several weeks. Daily Mass on Mondays will resume on August 9th. Daily Mass will continue to be celebrated on Thursdays and Fridays.

Congratulations to Kay Clark on winning $2,135 in our latest 649 Draw. An equal amount goes to Holy Trinity’s Building Fund, so we would like to thank all those who played and helped support our Parish. As always, thanks to Stella and Dee Dee who manage the game. Keep an eye on the bulletin for an announcement when the next game will start.

Religious Education (UPDATED)

We are required to have baptism certificates on file for all Religious Education students (both new and returning) in the fall. Because of this requirement, proof of baptism will be compulsory before your child can register for our religious education program. If you have already given us a copy of your child’s baptism certificate for this past year, there is no need to provide us with another for the fall.

If your child was baptized here at Holy Trinity, please call the office (653-6838) and leave your child’s name and date of birth on our voice mail. If you prefer, you can email us with the same information. That is all we should need to retrieve your child’s baptism information.

Last year some parents had difficulty getting baptism certificates from other parishes. This year, in order to make the process easier, we will try to get the information on your behalf. If your child was baptized in another parish, please contact us with your child’s full name, date of birth, approximate date of baptism, names of parents and godparents, and the name of the parish where the baptism took place.
