The Family Centre Floor Fund

You may have noticed that the floor in the Family Centre is not in the best of shape. The state of the floor has deteriorated to the point where it has become a safety issue. We are going to replace the floor in the VERY near future, and are asking for your financial support toward this project. If you would like to make a donation to our new Floor Fund, please use one of the Building Fund envelopes located at the entrance of the church. We ask that you write “Floor” on the outside of the envelope so that we can keep money for the floor separate from regular Building Fund donations. As with all donations, we thank you in advance for your generosity.

649 Draw

We had four winners this time – Linda Cleary, Frances Kincade, Kathy McCavour and Barry Worden. They split the prize of $2075, so each wins $518.75. Thank to everyone who played and supported our latest game.

Basement Cleanup

On Wednesday, October 7th, at 7pm, Gerald Vickers needs volunteers (both men and women) to help clear out junk in the furnace room of the church and in the rectory’s garage. That same evening he intends to rip up the remaining floor tiles in the Family Centre, in preparation for a new floor being installed. We ask that you bring a shovel, or tools appropriate to this sort of work. Please call (653.6838) or email (office@holytrinitysj.com) the office in advance to let us know if you will be available to help that evening so that work can be planned accordingly. If you would like additional information about the plans for that evening contact Gerald (648.0795). Thank you in advance for your assistance – your effort will save us the expense of having to hire contractors to do the work.
