As announced last weekend, we will be taking up a special collection this coming weekend for the benefit of the relief effort in Haiti. Given the urgent nature of the situation, the Diocese will be sending out the money collected early next week. If you are unable to donate to the relief effort this weekend, but would still like to help, please feel free to send a cheque directly to:

CWL memberships can be paid by placing the $15 membership fee in an envelope and placing it in the collection. Please write “CWL Membership” on the outside of the envelope.

Our next 649 Draw will begin on March 6^th. Dee Dee and Stella will be accepting names until February 28^th.

As our next draw is about to begin, we felt this would be a good time to take the opportunity to remind you just how many winners we’ve had over the years. You can find the full list of all the past winners in this weekend’s bulletin.

If you’ve never played our game before, give it a try – your name might be the next one added to our winners list.

Bishop Harris has scheduled this year’s Confirmation celebration for Saturday, May 8^th, during the 5pm Mass. We encourage all parishioners to plan on attending this event.

For those who wish to schedule a Mass intention, the following weekends are still available for the coming year:

The list above originally ran last weekend, but given the storm we are running it one last time. Please note that we can only schedule Saturday or Sunday on a given weekend. Once one weekend Mass is spoken for, we are required to book the other for the people of parish. As always, contact the office by phone or email to schedule. Should you prefer a weekday Mass, we have openings during every week of the year, and we can usually schedule a Mass for you right up until the week before.

We need your help. Over the past few weeks there have been scattered complaints about the temperature in the church. While we have attempted to set the thermostat at a level that we hope will be comfortable for everyone, we need your feedback. If you are unhappy with the temperature in the church, please tell us. (In the absence of complaints, we have to assume all is well.) Please take a moment to send us your thoughts on the heat in the church.
