For anyone who is interested in receiving the special graces promised by our Lord on Divine Mercy Sunday (the Sunday after Easter – April 7th) it is necessary for them to begin their personal preparations beginning this coming Friday which is Good Friday, March 29th. For more information look for the Divine Mercy Poster at the church entrance as well as the information sheet in last Sunday’s bulletin. To assist all those who would like to receive the special graces promised by Jesus, the final requirement of ceremoniously exposing and blessing the image of Divine Mercy for everyone to venerate will take place during a special Holy Hour of Adoration at Holy Trinity Church on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 7th beginning at 3pm which is the hour of our Lord’s mercy. For any questions, do not hesitate to ask Father Peter.

Peace Pennies
Our Religious Education students are working on their Peace Pennies project again this year. They are filling a pickle bottle with pennies, which will be rolled and sent to the Belfast Children’s Vacation Project. Over the past 2 years they have collected approximately $600.
The children will be saving pennies until May, and parishioners are invited to bring in any unwanted pennies to go to the cause. You may put your pennies in an envelope, marked “Peace Pennies”, and put them in the collection – we’ll see to it that your pennies make their way to the bottle.
Parish Council
In the fall we will be looking for some new members to join the Holy Trinity Parish Council as some of the current members have concluded their terms. We are asking 4 – 6 parishioners to consider serving in this ministry for a 2 – 3 year term. A document explaining the role of the Parish Council is available here and will also be attached to the bulletin in September.
